Here are the upgrade parts as received from Taig Tools.
Leadscrews, Motor Mounts, Bearings, etc..
Installation was EASY!!
Loosen gibs, loosen leadscrew out all the way.
Remove leadscrew moutning bolts.
Remove leadscrews.
Slide tables off their track, replace brass bushings with Bronze adjustable bushings.
Replace table, replace leadscrew, tighten leadscrew mounting bolts.
Z axis is even easier:
Remove leadscrew mounting bolts. Loosen leadscrew out completely.
Install New leadscrew, tighten mounting bolts.
Attach motor mounts, motors and control system.
Let the chips fly!!

The stepper control system is the SP-3/HT purchased from Stepperworld . It came as a GREAT and easy to assemble kit. I had to "tweek" (loosen) the motors mounts, and gibs to get movement. After that, it was just a matter of loading the (included) software and begin cutting!

first cut with cnc
This was the FIRST cut made. .05 into 6061 Aluminimum.
Feed rate of .25 per minute. Bit size 3/16".

The completed cut. Very clean... very quite!
Second Cut
Second cut.. I decided to "hog" it with a .15 inch. The litttle 60 oz in's took it with no problem. This was a great purchase. I am VERY happy with this rig.

Here's the completed .20 X 3/16" keyslot.
About half way down, I jumped the speed up to maximum.
(A little over  4 ipm). It was sloppy, which indicates that the motors did not "lag" or "drag", but  just sped right thru the run!
I wanted to see how much the motors could take.
No problem! Easy cutting!
